Bring The Whole Family To Enjoy Live Music, Dancing, Storytelling And Humor

 

 Everyone is invited to share the experiences of live music, dancing, storytelling and humor during the annual city of Las Vegas Children’s Summer Performance Series July 5-27. These four affordable, one-hour, performing arts programs promise to be fun and instill an appreciation and enjoyment of the arts in local youth. Tickets are $5.50 plus tax per person for each performance, (group pricing available for groups of 10 or more for $3.50 plus tax). Performances are scheduled at the Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Brush St., and the Historic Fifth Street School, 401 S. Fourth St. Performances include:

 

 

 

Ø  “Razzle Bam Boom — All That Trash”

What do you get when you combine guitar, trumpet, banjo, percussion, and catchy vocals with humor, movement, juggling and lively audience participation? An award-winning, musical variety show tailored for young minds that can only be called “Razzle Bam Boom.” “All That Trash” teaches ways for children and families to responsibly conserve our natural resources. Through song, humor, and audience participation, families will discover why it is smart to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
