Youth Indoor Volleyball

 

Cost: $10 per person, drop-in only.

Registration will continue until camps are full; some camps fill on the first day. Day camp hours will be 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., except at East Las Vegas, which will be 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mirabelli and Veterans Memorial will offer specialty themed-week camps.

This expanded program for teens will adventure all over Southern Nevada, from a float trip in

 

Black Canyon to Wet ‘n’ Wild, Game Works, indoor skydiving, Trapeze Las Vegas, and so much more.  Participants should dress each day for active outdoor experiences and bring lunch, snacks, water, sunscreen, and be ready for fun. Call centers for details.

 

 

 

Counselor-in-Training Camp Program (ages 15+)

 

Monday-Friday, through Aug. 11.

 

Cost: $25/week.

 

Teens who are interested must submit an application at the center they wish to attend and participate in an interview in order to be selected. Day camp hours will be 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., except at East Las Vegas, which will be 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mirabelli and Veterans Memorial will offer specialty themed-week camps.

Safekey Fall 2017 Registration

 

Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., beginning July 24.

 

Registration Fee: $20 per school year, per child.

 

Morning pass: $7 per morning.  Afternoon pass: $10 per afternoon.

This before- and after-school recreational enrichment program is offered at numerous Clark County School District elementary schools, and provides a safe environment where children in kindergarten through 5th grade can receive homework assistance, have a nutritious afternoon snack, create arts and crafts projects, play sports and games, and engage in other activities. Safekey is a pre-paid program; hours vary by school location. Financial assistance may be available

 

for qualifying families. MSU 2017 Fall Softball Leagues (Divisions Coed REC, Coed D, Men’s D, 18+)

School-age children must be present to receive a backpack full of school supplies. Up to 100 vendors and organizations will have booths at the fair to offer wrap-around services and information.


Dash and Splash

Back by popular demand! This event will start with a 1.5-mile run beginning at Pavilion Center Pool and wind through Veterans Memorial Park. Race will conclude with a 300-meter swim at Pavilion Center Pool. There is no age limit, but participants must be able to swim 100 meters successfully. Minimum 10 participants needed.
