Costa Di Mare's Feast of the Seven Fishes Headlines Christmas Dining Specials

LAS VEGAS (Dec. 2, 2020) — Wynn Las Vegas is ringing in the season with festive offerings throughout the resort. Guests will enjoy holiday events, dining specials and stunning décor all December long, as Wynn's annual traditions help make lifelong memories.
Guests will feel the holiday spirit throughout the resort with festive décor around every corner. The highlight of Wynn's holiday array, six intricate mini winter villages, inspired by the novel Gulliver's Travels, adorn Wynn's main atrium. More than 8,000 seasonal poinsettias, dozens of bedecked holiday trees, and oversized wreaths are also on display around the resort. 
With dozens of elite retailers to choose from, shoppers are sure to find the perfect gift for everyone on their list, including exclusive items found only at the all-new Wynn at Home storefront located in Wynn Plaza.
Families can embrace the festive spirit with the variety of holiday Master Classes Wynn offers throughout December. Appropriate physical distancing and other safety measures will be in place for all activities at the resort, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • Mastering Holiday Wreaths and Décor: Wynn's floral designer, Evelyn Herrera, will show guests how to decorate like a professional this holiday season. In this hands-on class, guests will create their own gorgeous holiday wreath while enjoying delicious refreshments. Thursday, Dec. 3 at 11 a.m.; $125 per person, plus tax.
  • Annual Holiday Cookie & Ornament Decorating: Now in its fifth year, this fan-favorite workshop led by pastry chef Patrice Caillot teaches tips and techniques for decorating holiday delights, from sugar cookies to hand-decorated ornaments. Perfect for the whole family, children five years and older are welcome. Saturday, Dec. 12 at 2 p.m.; $125 per person, plus tax.
  • Decorating the Ultimate Gingerbread House: In this demo and workshop class, Wynn pastry chef Patrice Caillot will walk guests through decorating a gingerbread house that even Hansel and Gretel would be proud of. Children five years and older are welcome to enjoy this exciting holiday activity. Friday, Dec. 18 at 2 p.m.; $95 per person, plus tax.
Several Wynn and Encore restaurants will offer delectable Christmas menu specials, highlighted by the annual 'Feast of the Seven Fishes' at Costa di Mare. This traditional family style feast will be offered Thursday, Dec. 24 – Friday, Dec. 25 and include Italian seafood favorites like piovra, a grilled Ligurian octopus with cranberry beans, escarole, lemon and olive oil; scampi made with brioche-stuffed langoustines; frutti di mare risotto tossed with scallops, shrimp, lobster, clams, crabs and cuttlefish; pesce al sale, a Mediterranean fish dish served with seasonal vegetables, lemon and orange sauce; and sinfonia di cannoli. The prix fixe menu is priced at $150 per guest, plus beverages, tax and gratuity.

Available only on Christmas Day, Jardin will offer guests a prix fixe menu including winter pear and smoky blue cheese, featuring a Riesling-poached pear topped with candied pecans, watercress and a port wine reduction; horseradish and rosemary crusted prime rib with a side of Yukon gold whipped potatoes, green beans amandine, truffle-mushroom duxelle and au jus; seafood tagliatelle made with poached Maine lobster, wild prawns, jumbo lump crab, tomato-lobster cream and herb butter; and a festive holiday ornament for dessert made with chocolate mousse, raspberry compote and vanilla cream. The menu is priced at $72 per guest, plus beverages, tax and gratuity.
Along with the complete a la carte menu, Lakeside will offer a traditional selection of pancetta-wrapped roasted venison topped with whipped celery root puree, juniper and blackberry sauce; spiced bread pudding filled with roasted walnut and apple cider caramel, and finished with eggnog ice cream; and a bûche de Noël yule log with vanilla cremeux, cranberry gastrique and spiced cranberry sorbet.
In addition to its full a la carte menu, Mizumi will offer guests a Japanese take on Christmas dishes with specials including seared wild bluefin tuna tataki soaked in carbonized leek powder and emulsified ponzu, and topped with fermented winter radishes and Japanese onion aioli; 107.9°F confit alpine salmon sided with watercress air foam, Himalayan pink salt-cured konbu, green apple salad and chives; and Min's golden pavlova with spun sugar, freeze-dried mandarin, candied kumquat, Japanese popping candy and yellow passionfruit puree.
Christmas specials at Sinatra include aragosta egg pasta in a traditional Maine lobster sauce; seared Rohan duck breast sided with orange-caramelized endive, brown butter beet puree and a Grand Marnier reduction; and polenta nera, a Valrhona chocolate polenta soufflé topped with raspberry sorbet. The full a la carte menu will also be available.
Guests can choose from a variety of traditional Christmas dishes at SW Steakhouse, such as roasted chestnut soup filled with port wine-braised onions and chervil; Kampot pepper crusted bison prime rib seasoned with huckleberry, charred cabbage and Madeira sauce; gingersnap trifle bedecked with apple cider caramel, vanilla cream and poached cranberries; and sticky toffy pudding featuring banana-infused cake, caramel sauce and vanilla whipped crème fraiche. The complete a la carte menu will also be available.
Supplementing its full a la carte menu, Tableau will offer a special Christmas brunch featuring apple and farro salad made up of kale, arugula, roasted squash and apples, fresh goat cheese and pomegranate seeds tossed in apple vinaigrette; and duck confit and chestnut hash with sweet potatoes, shallots and poached eggs.
Guests can enjoy festive cocktails at Parasol Lounge, including a selection of all-new Hot Chocolate Bombs such as peanut butter bliss featuring Screwball Peanut  Butter Whiskey, Amaro Averna and Frangelico liqueur-infused heavy cream poured over a hot chocolate bomb; and chocolate cherry made with Martel VS Cognac, Amaro Averna and Luxardo liqueur-infused cream over a hot chocolate bomb.
