Lucky Local Wins $123,301

LAS VEGAS - September 28, 2011 - For the second time in less than two months, a Progressive Pai Gow player has won a large jackpot playing at one of the Cannery Casino Resorts properties!

On Wednesday, September 28, 2011 a local hit it big at the Rampart Casino playing No-Commission, Progressive EZ Pai Gow Poker. The winning hand, a 7-Card Straight Flush, meant the player won the progressive jackpot of $123,301!

Most Progressive Pai Gow games in Las Vegas charge a 5% commission. In March, all Cannery Casino Resorts (CCR) properties began offering the no-commission progressive variation of the game called EZ Pai Gow. CCR’s partnership with DEQ Systems Corporation allowed for this variation of the game, which lets players keep more of their winnings and speeds up the game.

“We are delighted that our jackpots are hitting so frequently” said Patrick Hughes, Vice President and General Manager Rampart Casino. “When you combine this with the EZ Pai Gow variation of the game we offer along with the no-commission feature, there is no better place to play.”

As a result of this latest jackpot win, the progressive jackpot resets to $100,000!

On August 11, 2011 Chastine M. of Henderson, Nevada won $172,929 at the Eastside Cannery, the largest Pai Gow Progressive jackpot ever to be paid out on Boulder Highway.
