LAS VEGAS (Oct. 2013) – Let Michelin-starred chefs prepare this year’s Thanksgiving feast. Andre’s Restaurant & Lounge at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino is launching Thanksgiving to Go, an easy and affordable way to provide a freshly made meal for up to 12 people. Thanksgiving to Go offers two sizes: four to six guests for $200 or 10 to 12 guests for $375.

 

Andres’s take on the traditional Thanksgiving dinner begins with a warm kabocha soup and is followed by succulent roasted turkey with giblet gravy. Accompaniments include house made cranberry relish, whipped potatoes, roasted vegetables and French baguette or walnut raisin bread. The meal is completed by Chef Tammy Alana’s homemade pie, available in pumpkin or pecan. In addition, each Thanksgiving dinner will come with a festive seasonal cocktail recipe the host can easily prepare at home, as well as recommended wine pairings.

 

“Andre Rochat has been in Las Vegas for more than 30 years. To this day, we still have customers who remember when Andre would prepare holiday dinners at his former location in downtown Las Vegas. They missed those days so we wanted to bring back the flavors and smells of those memorable meals by making it easy for guests to have that same experience in the comfort of their own home,” says Joseph Marsco, general manager, Andre’s.
