LAS VEGAS (December 2013) – Ready to kick off the holidays with new libations? Andre’s at Monte Carlo and Alize at the Top of Palms Casino Resort are launching their new collection of winter cocktails now available while supplies last. The new cocktails include:
- Glen-Pear: Glenfiddich 12 year Scotch, spiced pear simple syrup and lemon juice, topped with pear foam, $16.
- Cranberry Spice: Cruzan white rum, cranberry juice, ginger liquor and Champagne, $14.
- Rye Rumble: Templeton Rye whiskey, fresh raspberries, agave nectar, lemon juice and rhubarb bitters, $14.
The cocktails were created by Beverage Director Patrick Trundle who was inspired by the season’s flavors of pear, spices, cranberry and coffee.
“These are all flavors and aromas associated with colder months so we took them and created cocktails that complement our winter menu,” concludes Trundle.
