To take help make the decision to play even easier, the staff at the resort has put together hiking maps to help would-be adventurers choose the right path for them…from family friendly to advanced hikes. An example of the types of hikes that can be found just minutes from the resort’s front door, include:
- Family Friendly
o Little Falls- This trail is great for the family and at the end of this trail you will find a creek. There is a nice waterfall at the end of the creek bed.
o Robbers Roost- This is a nice short hike. This area is a “hang-out” for those who like rock climbing.
- Middle Level Hikes
o Mary Jane Falls- It is a serious hike. If you are looking to step-up your game, then this is the trail to try! It is a number of narrow switchbacks and beautiful vistas that end at the top with a waterfall.
o Cathedral- This hike will leave you huffing and puffing. The views are fantastic to from the peak.
- Advanced Hikes
o Trail Canyon- This hike is for a more experienced hiker and could be a day hike. You can hike this trail from Kyle Canyon to the road that takes you over to Deer Creek Road.
