Award-Winning Restaurant and Celebrity Favorite to go Dark Nov. 10, through Mid-December
Las Vegas – N9NE Steakhouse, one of Las Vegas’ most popular celebrity dining hot spots, at Palms Casino Resort, will undergo a brief makeover beginning Sunday, Nov. 10, reopening in mid-December in time for the holidays. N9NE’S refresh will introduce a chic, updated look to complement the $50 million property-wide renovation at Palms, while offering the same great food that has made the steakhouse a Las Vegas staple.
“With all of the exciting changes happening at Palms, it was time to refresh N9NE with a stylish new look that will be just as stunning as the cuisine,” said Executive Chef Barry S. Dakake, who has been leading the kitchen since it opened in 2001. “The standout quality and delicious flavor of our menu has made N9NE a favorite in the city. While our décor is being updated, we will also introduce a few new additions to our menu that will fuse perfectly with N9NE’s traditional flavor and culinary style.”
The freshly modified space will return with subtle, yet contemporary design additions to enhance the guest’s experience. The vibe and energy of the space will remain upbeat and sophisticated. The focal point of the room will be an elegant chef’s table adorned by a shimmering sheer canopy and ornate chandelier. The lounge and private dining room will also be upgraded.
During N9NE’s remodel, NOVE Italiano atop the Fantasy Tower, will be open seven days a week and offer guests a “Best of N9NE” menu featuring some of the famed steakhouse’s most popular dishes. Guests can enjoy delicious N9NE appetizers like the Rock Shrimp and the Garbage Salad, in addition to savory entrees like N9NE’S signature dish, Barry’s Steak, along with the Surf ‘N Turf, Bone-In Ribeye, Colorado Lamb and more. NOVE will offer the exclusive menu for guests nightly until N9NE reopens. Other fine dining options at Palms include the Michelin starred, Alizé atop the Ivory Tower, and Iron Chef Kerry Simon’s Simon Restaurant & Lounge inside Palms Place.
