Chef de Cuisine Mark Purdy created a special 5-course menu that includes healthy yet delectable options for those wishing to keep their new year’s resolutions to be healthy as the menu includes highlights from Chef Purdy’s “Superfoods” menu, foods rich in omegas, anti-oxidants and other nutrients that help foster and maintain healthy bodies and minds. The special, Valentine’s Day tasting menu features:

Duck confit, Serrano ham and apple confiture

First course

 

Smoked salmon, osetra caviar, salmon mousse, fried egg yolk, salmon tartare and pickled vegetables

Terrine of foie gras, caraway crisp, mango with balsamic vinegar

 

Or

 

Seventeen greens and herbs salad - carrots, fennel, cucumber, tête de moine cheese and lemon shallot vinaigrette

 

 

 

Second Course

 

Australian rock lobster, roasted lobster broth, artichoke and black truffle ravioli with baby vegetables

Pork belly, bok choy, green onion, enoki mushrooms, pickled shallots with mustard caviar
