LAS VEGAS (June 5, 2012) - Zaba's Mexican Grill, the Las Vegas based fresh, fast-service
Mexican grill opened their sixth Las Vegas location inside the Plaza Hotel & Casino this past week and
is already making a healthy impact on downtown.

To celebrate the opening, on Saturday, May 19, Zaba’s donated 50 burritos to the volunteers setting up
Project Dinner Table’s event downtown benefiting Through the Eyes of a Child Foundation and Child
Focus charities. Zaba’s is proud to have made this contribution to two charities that do so much for the
children in Nevada’s foster care programs.

Downtown has been craving a fast-casual Mexican food option for years and now Zaba’s Mexican Grill
is here. The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to midnight (and until 2 a.m. on Friday and
Saturday nights) inside the Plaza Hotel & Casino.

Customers choose from a variety of ingredients so they can decide which of their favorite flavors they
want to include in their dish. Whether they build a huge “monster” burrito or a fresh salad, everyone
leaves satisfied. Zaba's offers healthy menu choices that are not typical of most other fast service
restaurants such as shrimp, sweet potatoes, whole wheat tortillas and brown rice. Everything including
the chips, guacamole and salsas are fresh-made daily. Zaba's also offers a huge selection of vegetarian
choices making it possibly the healthiest, best tasting choice in downtown Las Vegas.

About Zaba's Mexican Grill
Zaba's Mexican Grill opened its first location on the corner of Flamingo and Pecos in 2001. Over the last
11 years it has grown to 6 locations in the Las Vegas area. Zaba's is Las Vegas’s original walk up, fast
service Mexican restaurant where customers choose their dish and each ingredient. From bowls to
burritos to the best fish tacos in Las Vegas, you can get fresh, homemade food quickly and
inexpensively at any of Zaba's six Las Vegas locations. Co-owner Douglas Bolle has created a menu
featuring original recipes prepared fresh daily onsite and reflecting the concerns of today’s healthconscious diner who demands fast service to fit a busy schedule but refuses to compromise taste and
originality. Each meal is custom made as the customer directs the type of ingredients they want while
they watch it being prepared.
