Hold Farm-To-Table Style Plant Base Outdoor Meal Nov. 13

LAS VEGAS – Nov. 7, 2016At Tivoli Village, fresh52 Farmers’ Markets will present two more Sunday Suppers by celebrity vegan Chef Mayra through December with a different community charity benefitting each time.

 

Celebrity Chef Mayra of Pura Vida Bakery and Bystro, Fresh52 Farmers and Artisan Market, and Tivoli Village at Queensridge have teamed up to host a two-event series of plant-base, farm-to-table dinners at the luxurious Tivoli Village near Summerlin, Las Vegas. The trio’s intention for the upcoming supper and one brunch is to raise money for children and animals, by donating a portion of the events’ proceeds to two charities, and to show the community a fabulous time. The next two culinary events in the “Sunday Suppers” series will take place in November and December with live music, wine, and raffles, and more.

 

  • Nov. 13 – “Happy Thanks Living: A Gathering of Family & Friends”

  • Dec. 18 – “Holiday Farmhouse Brunch: Giving From the Heart”

                       (benefiting Project 150) Time: 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

She started her career as a cook and early had the opportunity to work under two great Caribbean chefs, who shared with her the secrets of cooking with Caribbean Spices and the luscious flavors of Southern Cuisine.
